POPOW constructs drain-able latrines in primary and secondary schools and communities using Community Led Total Sanitation(CLTS), an innovative and integral approach that empowers communities to stop and eliminate Open Defecation (OD) and construct latrines so as to attain Open Defecation Free (ODF) status.
